Director Remo D’Souza’s latest release based on dance backdrop is hot topic of the Indian filmdom. The film has hit the screens on June 19th and has minted Rs. 46.35 Crore.
This is the fastest opening weekend in this year.
This film left Kangana’s “Tanu Weds manu Returns”, Akshay’s “Gabbar Is Back” and Anil Kapoor’s “Dil Dhadakne Do”. This entertainer is touted to be the highest opening weekend in the current year which mints Rs 46.35 crore.
According to trade analyst Taran, “ “ABCD 2”, the sequel of 2013 film “ABCD: Any Body Can Dance”, became the highest opener of 2015 after collecting Rs.14.30 crore on its opening day itself. It was more than the collections of Akshay Kumar-starrer “Gabbar is Back” (Rs.13.05 crore) and Zoya Akhtar multi-starrer comedy-drama film “Dil Dhadakne Do” (Rs.10.53 crore)”
