The secret behind Katrina’s fitness and proper look that fits her in each particular role has been revealed. The Phantom actress changes or alters her diet and fitness plans as per the demand of that role. She explained that her diet & fitness plans depend on the goal that she wanted to achieve. It may be her toned look, or athletic look, or if she has to look very thin for a special role or just the simple soft woman’s role, she changes her plans as per demand. She more added that she shuffles between Pilates or functional training. She tries to eat sensibly and do all things that we are aware of her fitness. The Dhoom 3 actress was talking in the book launch of fitness professionals Yasmin Karachiwala and Zeena Dhalla’s co-authored book, “Sculpt and Shape: The Pilates Way”. The book guides the readers on how to change the shape of a body and how to improve it so it can change the way we look.
